Tonight we got messy. After a yummy spaghetti dinner we pulled out the garbage bags, and knives and made an even bigger mess with pumpkin guts. The boys were really excited about this and Keaton was actually a really good help. We got some halloween music going and used some patterns to make some cool designs. The "Y" pays homage to our favorite football team of course. I did the smiley face and Chad did a pretty good job with the spider web and spider. What did you carve on your pumpkins this year?

Saturday night Chad and I met up with one of my favorite people from high school, Sarah and her new hubby Ryan. We met at the Cheesecake Factory, YUMMY!!! It was so fun to see Sarah and finally meet Ryan. They are such a cute couple and sound like they are awesome parents. Sarah just had a baby girl a couple months ago, but looks so good! I can't say the same about me in these pictures, I'm afraid. It was such a fun night, Chad and I are hoping that we can do it again soon.

I didn't even recognize Morgie from the pictures! She looks beautiful and I'm so glad that you were able to spend time together. It's always fun to catch up with old friends...especially over cheesecake! And props on the pumpkins, I especially like the "Y" but that's because I'm partial. GO COUGS!
How fun Sara. I LOVE the pumpkins! You guys are so creative! Looks like a fun night out with friends too (I'm bummed we don't get our fun night out tonight.) I did tell Adam and he was really bummed! Talk to you soon...
Your pumpkins are so cute Sara. I'm jealous that you were already able to carve them. We can't carve ours until like the night before Halloween because they will rot because of the high temps. Don't you love the Cheesecake Factory. Mmm!!!
I love your pumpkins! Your kids are getting so big. We're carving pumpkins tonight, so we'll see what we come up with.
I love your Halloween music! So cute!! Your post about Keaton falling asleep and you couldn't find him....same thing happened to me and I couldn't even see Hannah in my bed under all the blankets. I was almost ready to dial 911. I can TOTALLY relate!! It takes a year off your life for sure!
Morgie looks so happy, this picture was a total blast from the past. I do miss those days spent in the bleachers watching the cutest dancing girls on the plant.

Sara!! hey long lost friend. I was so happy you found me. What an adorable family and you look gorgeous! I can't believe we are all grown up and mom's...it is so fun! You look like you are having a blast with those cute boys. So good to hear from you. Stay in touch :)
I'm so jealous you guys got to go out together. Looks like a fun dinner spent with good company.
