It seemed like forever since we were able to make it up for the annual Hunsaker family reunion, and we were excited to take the kids up this year. It was held around Grandma Hunsaker's 96th birthday, and it was great to see her there and be in Star Valley, with all the fam. I love this picture of my father-in-law and his mother, so cute. It was fun to see the two of them talking and laughing together.
Isabel Hunsaker and her 7 children.

Chad's family with Grandma. By the way.. thanks Misty for letting me use the awesome pictures that you took.:)

And the family now, with all of us in-laws minus the kids. We make a handsome bunch, no?
One of Chad's uncles built this sweet train to take all the kids on rides.

It was a pretty long one too. The kids loved it.
The reunion was held at a park, so there was also lots of things for the kids to play on.

As well as grass for the men to throw the football around. This is Russ and Chad.
It would not have been a reunion if there wasn't lots of good food, and there really was. Chad and I had to use a "cheat" on our diet because we just couldn't resist it all. Tyler was sweet enough to feed Jack a popsicle even though it ended up getting all over.
But the biggest surprise for me that day, was how Keek attacked his chicken legs. We do buy KFC every now and then, but when we do, we buy strips. (I have never been one to eat it off the bone if I have the choice). But to my surprise, Keaton cleaned 3 legs dry, and I mean dry. The boy was in heaven. He reminded me of my father, who eats them the exact way, and his father, my grandpa Thomson, who used to say, "I would eat the bones if I could!" Well done bud, well done.
