Emmi has the cutest new hat. It is crocheted and makes her look like a little raspberry! It was home made by a family friend and given to Emmi by my grandmother. I was excited when it started to get chilly so I could it out and use it. I took these pictures the first time I put it on her head. I couldn't stop giggling over how cute it is!!

Sam saw me taking pictures and I guess didn't want to get left out. He is so funny- his mouth is open in almost every picture I take of him because in order for him to sit still and look at me I have to get him to say "cheese". Here is one where he is obviously still saying "cheese" as I took the picture.
And, oh yes, a funny face. I didn't ask for it, but he must have felt it necessary. Poor little Emmi, the spotlight has been taken, yet again!

Hee hee, I love these pictures! She is the cutest little berry I've ever seen! I sure do love my little nieces and nephews, and I'm quite biased, but with pictures like these, who would argue with me?!
Your kids are so cute! The hat put a huge smile on my face. Especially when viewing from the back. It's adorable. We should all try and get together over Christmas break!!!

i showed these pictures to grandma last night and we both got the giggles also. She did shed a few tears while reading your tribute to grandpa.
